Withdraw from Contract
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked. Here's how it works.

Log in to your account
Sign in using the email address you used when placing your order. You'll receive a one-time login code by email.

Go to your Orders
Find the order you wish to cancel or return and open it.

Submit your request
Select "Cancel order" or "Request return" and follow the steps. We'll confirm your request by email.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
14-day withdrawal period You have 14 days from the date you received your order to submit a withdrawal request. After that, standard return conditions apply.
